So after meeting with Jeremy, one of our professors who has experience helping other senior classes in many things, including setting up pipeline structures, we now have a pipeline set up!

Essentially, there are 2 main folders: Assets and Sequences.

Within Assets, we split it up by characters and scenes. The scenes then have folders for each prop. Within each prop and character folder, there are different folders for modeling, texturing, and rigging, which each have a working folder and a publish folder - - which has the finished prop or character.

Within Sequences, it gets split up by each sequence (or scene) and then by each shot (or camera) in the scene. Within each shot, there are tasks (like layout, lighting, animating, effects, rendering) and images (which has the rendered and comped images).

Our plan is to test the pipeline with a simple object so that we can run it through the whole gambit!
